Return Process

  Prepare Your Package

  Place the watch strap in its original packaging to ensure it remains protected during transit and include your packing slip.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided through our portal to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned item, we will process your refund or ship out your new exchange strap within 3-5 business days.
